I gotta 90 civic with a d15b7 withwith dualpoint mani, it starts up fine but when i drive it and come to a stop it doesnt wanna accelerate and feels like it wants to bog out after about 5 seconds and when i hit the throttle it will drive normal again any suggestions on what can cause this? ive already changed the.spark plugs and wires
