I have a 99 honda accord lx witch im converting to a manual. Im replacing the dash an bay harnesses with the manual ones, an im stuck on where these few wires go, there located next to the clutch reservoir witch is mounted on the driver side strut tower they go into the firewall I have the whole dash out of the car I kno about the wires that come out by the clutch pedal but these go into the fire wall an just disappear do the do up the pillar or where im lost an I apologize in advance for my grammer

 

We need pictures. When you do a swap the auto harness is sufficient for what you need. Just do a search for your swap and you will find the wiring diagrams for what you need
