Would putting on a b16 head be worth anything to me on a stock turbo b20b low comp at 7 psi if I have no plans to ever spin her past 7300rpm? t3/t04e 57 trim? 240ish whp.

Does a vtec head flow that much better than a non vtec at lower rpms?

 

i had a b20z boosted. decided i needed some vtec in my life, made the switch and it was a world of a difference. B16a2 head with GSR cams, i was street tuned on 10psi shifting at 8200. i also had a precision " 57 trim " it was well worth the mid and high range power to me.
