22mm front SB and rear 22mm SB??????
Hey I would like to know If any here has tried this set up on their EX. Stock front sway bar (22mm) and an ITR rear sway bar (22mm).
1) Did it work for you?
2) What were the characteristics of the car?
3) Would you recommend this set up?
ETC....
all thoughts welcomed, even the ones were you make fun of me, question my ignorance, and my personal favorite, telling me to do my research. LOL

What are you plans that need you to assess this kind of setup?
Can't recommend something without knowing your intentions

For a coupe, this setup would be pretty good. You'll have a good balance, depending on your spring rates and other mods. What are you doing with the car?
While few ppl mention it seriously look into the ASR 32mm hollow bar I'm runing that with no front bar on my time attack DC2, I can give you the rest of the specs but it's a full time track car. But that bar can be set to feel like a 24mm on it's lowest setting if you go with the .095 wall thickness and it's 1/3rd of the weight of the 24mm asr one before you look into RSB's etc get a proper coilover system or better tires.

Truthfully the type r setup is perfect for me but everything else needs to be in the equation as well: tires, swaybar, springs and struts so that it can either be a beast coming around the corner hard or slide a little on the rear, etc...etc... Not everyone prefers a bigger sway bar to get what the want on the track. We had this discussion on team-integra.net and believe it or not someone actually downgraded to a 13mm rear swaybar. Different strokes for different folks.
So technically its all personal preference.

I just came across a 19mm rear sway bar I'll try that for the mean time and see how it works and just go from there. Thanks for the input you guys
I still prefer a stock 22/23mm bar for many reasons. With your spring rates, though, you may want a bigger bar. Definitely get some subframe support for anything bigger than the stock 13mm bar with your soft spring rates.
You can always disconnect your front bar and/or adjust your rear toe (more negative) to get some rotation going during autocross. Negative toe isn't something I'd recommend for a DD.
You can also add a little neg front camber and stagger tire widths to get rotation.
96-00 coupes are so damn long that you really need to be creative to get them to not understeer.
