NC FS: 1977 Datsun 280z, Turbo Swapped, Custom Suspension
I am putting up for sale my custom-built Datsun 280Z. I spent the better part of last year building this car with help at my shop, and cut no corners on the installation. It runs and drives perfectly on the swapped turbo motor at about 12 psi of boost. There is no significant rust on the body; the floor pans are free of rust, and the only notable rust is under the battery tray, and where the frame has scraped from the low ride height. The car even still has working A/C, I believe the condenser has a leak that is preventing the A/C from holding a charge. I am just looking to get back out of this car the money I spent in parts, not including the professional labor put in to building this car. This was going to be the promotional/show vehicle for my side business, Urban Legends Motorsport, but I had to reprioritize my funds. The only thing this car needs to be in show condition is some body work to cover the moldings, mirrors and bumpers I removed to give it the 240z look. All fluids have been flushed and recently filled with factory-specified fluids.
Asking $12.5k currently. Would be willing to do a trade+cash on your end, let me know what you have. MUST be manual transmission for me to even consider it.

-1981 L28ET Turbo Motor Swap from 120k mile donor car; compression tested within factory tolerances with factory wiring (professionally wired)

-Felpro Permatorque Metal Head Gasket
-Fully rebuild cylinder head with reground cams, new valve stem seals, and valve clearance set hot and cold specifications
-Replaced every gasket on motor with new OEM Nissan or Ishino gaskets
-New Timing chain, tensioner, rails, water pump, thermostat and radiator hoses
-1975 260z Non-EGR intake manifold with all emissions equipment bypassed; retained PCV routing to OEM locations
-Vibrant 2.25" Silicone turbo coupler
-Custom 3" Aluminum intake piping with silicone couplers
-Spectre 3" Short intake filter
-MSA 2.5" Downpipe
-Vibrant 2.5" Racing catalytic converter
-3" Magnaflow muffler
-Custom 3" mandrel-bent exhaust with A-Spec twin blast pipes
-Walbro 255 lph fuel pump, wired to new fuel pump relay with 10GA wire directly from battery
-Replaced all fuel hose with new Gates Injection-rated fuel hose
-Fram G3 prefilter from fuel tank
-South Bend Clutch rated at over 400 ft-lbs torque
-New OEM flywheel for 280ZX-T

-McKinney Motorsport coilovers (Made by BC/Megan with custom spring/damper rates)
-Custom welded front and rear camber plates, molded and color-matched to chassis paint
-OEM Nissan control arm bushings all around
-Beck/Arnley new wheel bearings front and rear
-Moog new ball joints and tie rod ends
-Stainless steel brake lines
-New Centric front rotors, brake pads
-Reground rear drums, Bendix shoes and new brake hardware
-Replaced all wheel studs with new Dorman wheel studs
-MSA Urethane Differential carrier bushings
-MSA Urethane steering rack and couplers bushings
-MSA Performance Sway Bars
-16x8 XXR 532 +0 Offset wheels with new tires all around
-Muteki SR48 Orange Lug Nuts
Exterior:
-Xenon Front Air Dam
-MSA Custom HID retrofit Headlights and ballasts
-Custom-painted black headlight shrouds with MSA AutoX Clear lens covers
-Repainted front grilles semi-gloss black
-Smoked clear front turn signals and side markers with hyperwhite bulbs
-Removed side moldings, front bumper, rear bumper, rear trim plate
-Installed front bumper brackets to fit 240z bumper (will include 240z metal bumper, just needs to be reshaped and cleaned up)
