First of all is, is this the right section for my model/year and trim?

Secondly, the windows on my Civic have gotten very slow over the years. Can someone point me to a thread that explains how to change out the motors or at least get the door panels apart so I can put some lube in there?

Buy white lithium grease and spray the **** out the rubber tracks. No need to take it apart. Just get the spray can and spray
