Would this be my traction bar?
Quick question, because I'm pretty sure it is. At slow speeds, going over bumps or turning somethings, I get a squeak from my front end. I think it's the heim joints on the Innovative traction bar. It isn't really loud and it only happens when I'm moving slow <10 mph. When I'm crusing I never hear it.
If you think it's not my traction bar, what else could it be? I've heard the joints on these tend to squeak.
Also, it will squeak when I sit down in the car sometimes. Again, traction bar?
Additionally, I am about to replace my suspension (new coilovers) but I don't think it's my shocks/springs.

It's a STD hatch. It's all stock up there except my traction bar. No new bushings or bars, but a new sound here recently.
Just to follow up, I don't think it has a swap bar. Almost positive it has none actually. But again, I haven't been under there since Blue's Clues was cool.
I did some thinking. It may be the exhaust adapter I made. It sort of set the B-pipe in a little bit of a weird spot. Maybe it's those rubber exhaust holders moving around and making the noise?
But why would I hear it when I sit down in the car? I'll look in my suspension eventually, just to make sure nothing crawled in there and died on me. I drive this car so rarely now.
