Default 94 civic coupe with d16y5 light flickering

Hey guys I'm Zach, I own a 94 coupe recently all of my lights have started flashing, dash lights, headlights, taillights all of them. Do you think this is being caused by a bad alternator, or is it more than that?

GROUNDS GROUNDS GROUNDS... CLEAN THEM, THOROUGHLY. Start from the battery and work your way around. If you see a wire bolted to a piece of metal, un-bolt it, and clean all the bolts, eyelits and washers on both ends if possible until shiny. DON'T SCRAPE PAINT!!!

A car of this vintage will have ground issues, pretty much any vehicle over 10 years old should have its electrical grounds cleaned up, even if a California car.

Thank you, I found the problem. It was a bad alternator.
