My accords gauges will not come on when the car is running. The gear indicator and backlights work (pretty sure the backlight works) but the speedo, rpm, fuel, temp and milage will not show.

This happened after the battery was dead for about a week. I charged the battery and started the car and the gauges weren't working (radio and lights work), after about a half hour the cluster started working fine, no problems with the car. Park the car for a day and next time I start it the gauges will not come on, even after running for an hour.

From what I have read from searching (yes, I did search first) It seems the back up fuse should be checked. Any other suggestions? anyone had this problem? I have a buyer lined up for the car and this is the only issue! please help
