96 accord clunking noise in passenger tire
Whenever im driving at low speeds the passenger tie is very wobbley and makes clunkling sounds. Ive changed all my suspension, ball joints, cv axles, sway bar links, wheel bearings but the sounds just recently started. My car is slammed so im not sure if that affects anything but, any help?
inner and outer tie rods? being slammed has some effect im sure.
inner tie rods usual never get replaced and if you did indeed change out them other components that should narrow it down.

they cannot be tightened only replaced if bad. they screw into the rack. go to google images and type in accord inner tie rod. there is a ball joint on the inner tie rod and they do go bad specially for an older car.
Okay gotcha. Makes sense. I'll pick some tie rods up tomorrow morning then. Hopefully it solves the problem. I wouldn't think it'd be the rack because it's only one side. But I'm knowledgeable about motor work, suspension and chassis parts aren't my thing. Thanks for the help. I'll get back with results
well guys, the day I picked up the parts and was on my way to my shop to put them in, i got in a wreck and totaled my car. So we will never know what the problem was.
