I took my Honda accord 2003 in for the recall 2012 power steering issue. My car had been smoking, awful smell, leaking fluid etc all left was the fire. When I asked for the recall, they said they had to order the parts and I had to leave car overnight to do job. I brought car back next day for repair, they called me within 5 hrs to say car was ready. I asked about recall repair and they said it was done! Needless to say I was astonished becaus back so quickly. They even gave me an invoice stating done. Over past month steering has become nearly impossible, I have been filling power steering holder, but it doesn't seem to be empty. Friday I received a letter from Honda stating that they show I have never had the recall taken care of and are encouraging me to get it done. In short, my dealer LIED and now I don't know what to do. If I take it, they will say they did it. But it is clear they didn't. I pull a muscle every time I try to turn the wheel. Then the letter.... Please tell me where I should go for help so that I don't end up loosing a his word against mine argument with the dealer
