my 94 civic lx d15 when driving and try to give it more gas it sputters and bogs at random speeds/rpm i have to down shift and rev to get it to stop from bogging no cel being thrown when bogging starts and no cel when running fine any ideas...
When was the last time you did a complete tune up (plugs, plug gap, cap, rotor, wires, ignition timing)?
Have you ever run fuel injection cleaner?
When is the last time you changed your fuel filter?

wires complete dizzy all about a month ago plugs yesterday ran seafom threw it last tank of gas fuel filter brand new ran a ss line from rail to pump with inline filter so dont think its nething in the line or filter but maybe pump ?
my bad, misread the order....
New plugs yesterday after seafoam was done.
So what you are saying is you have compression, fuel and spark...
Can the car breath (clogged air filter)?
Also what voltage do you have on closed throttle position from your TPS? And then what is the voltage on Wide Open Throttle from the TPS?
When you said complete Dizzy, I'm assuming you swapped out the dizzy in it's entirety. Is it a brand new OEM dizzy or a used dizzy?

The other thing you may look into is checking all your grounds, an intermittent ground problem can cause havoc on the whole system.
Really though, it sounds to me like you are going to be spending a lot of time with a digital multimeter and going over everything with a fine tooth comb one step at a time until you find the culprit.
Intermittent problems are the worst in my opinion. FSM manual always says, oh, not a problem at the moment, well wait until it's fully broken, currently system is okay.

ok closed voltage is .47 wot was 4.36-4.4 have checked grounds all clean and good another problem car is having is not going over 5k rpm in nuetral or in gear
Just bought a 95 civic dx not to long ago and it was bogging while accelerating. Solve the problem when I change the radiator fluid, spark plugs + wires and ajusting ignition timing. Found out one of the spark plug wasn't firing. For your car not reving past 5k maybe you could try another ecu. Good luck.
Where I belong? Wow ok, Still wondering if this was ever fixed.

Yes, where you belong. The OP's car and your car are completely different, and whatever resolution he has most likely will have absolutely nothing to do with your car. Here ya go, I'll even hold your hand and walk you over there.
Click here, read whatever rules and FAQ stickies they may have, and if you still need to ask, create a new thread there.

Yes, you are supposed to search. You're also supposed to apply some common sense and make sure the results you find apply to you. This is basic forum etiquette that applies literally everywhere on the internet.
In datwagon's defense, although engine code is different, the problem "could" still be related. And the only problem I see that datwagon did was apparently just said what year his car was. This retarded argument apparently would've been avoided if he just said "my car is doing the same thing".
Anyways, my car was doing the same thing. I checked the dizzy, coil, plugs, wires, etc. Well last night, I threw on another ecu and it drove perfect. So maybe a resistor or something went bad in my current ecu.
