93 honda prelude tire won't move

93 honda prelude tire won't move

I started hearing a noise so I took it apart jacked up the front wheels now I'm driving it so I can hear the noise and the noise is still there but the while tire won't spin at all but the right one does spin

make sure your brake caliper isnt frozen firstly. if that checks out then change the wheel bearing.
