O2 sensor problem....I think, need some help here.
This is copied and pasted from a previous post that I had made:
The surging of the idle went away after I switched the Primary O2 sensor with the Secondary O2 sensor, since then I have removed the AEM FPR and changed the stock injectors out for the '97+ Prelude injectors.
The surging of the idle has come back, and it has happened directly after I shorted out the Primary O2 sensor heater circuit(which caused the PGM-FI fuse to blow https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=318777 )
I'm not sure if the shorting of the O2 sensor is related, or if the O2 sensor went bad...hell the car only has 40,000 miles on it.
Need a little help here...mainly because I can't afford a new O2 sensor at the moment.

This morning my car decided that it wanted to give me a good old code #43 as I was driving on my way to work. I also have a surging idle, the car will idle fine for a little while, then surge to 1400-->700-->1400-->700, you get the idea...then it may go back and idle just fine again.
I have a P28 based Hondata, HyTech header and exhaust, AEM FPR...
Code #43 - Fuel Supply System defective or malfunctioning fuel supply system
I was also told that it could be that my primary O2 sensor is malfunctioning and throwing me into open loop so that I'm only running off the program in the ECU...any other ideas?
