Default Coolant temperature sensor

So i have another problem. My coolant temperature sensor needs to be replaced. However, it seems to be either stuck or as one with the rest of what is is housed on. ( which would be ridiculous but things do happen)

so any suggestions, solutions, or idea
s on how to get it off?

Soak it in WD40 or some other penetrating oil. It's just threaded in.
