Default Issues with shifting

I have a 97 Honda Accord I was driving it yesterday day and it was fine.Thenten minutes later I was pulling off from a green light and the car wouldn't go past 20mph. I pulled over and the car would only go into neutral. I pulled the car over and turned it off, I turned the car back on and it drove regular for about two blocks then the same thing happened. I replaced the transmission about two months ago but it has been running fine since then.My neighbor thought it might be an electrical issue since when I turn the car off and back on it runs for a short time. Please Help!!!

You need to pull the check engine code. However, if you had the transmission changed out you should atleast have a 6 month warranty or so. I would take it back to that shop and ask them to take a look at it. It should be covered if you got a standard warranty that most shops give with a transmission replacement.
