How do you synchronize all of the gears

 

You're going to have to be more clear in what you're asking.

 

Well when I go into reverse it won't always go all the way and the gears grind also does this going in 3rd gear and it has break fluid

 

how old is your clutch?

 

if not the clutch, have someone push in the clutch while you see if the slave cylinder is pushing out enough to move the fork enough. i had a few start going bad on me like that was only working at half its normal push distance.

 

Also, if you just are sitting in neutral and you wanna go into reverse, try pressing in the clutch, waiting 2 seconds, THEN pull her into reverse. The two seconds will give your gearset time to stop rotating, and then sliding into reverse will not involve gears grinding.

And it's BRAKE fluid, not break fluid.

 

Sometimes you gotta put it in 1st to get reverse to line up. It's been this way on about any car I've had.
