98 Accord tranny swap and the. Possible axle problem??! Help!!
Hey everyone, I ordered a JDM transmission from Hmotors online for my 98 accord because of problems in my old tranny. I just recently replaced the transmission for the one I purchased. The new transmission shifts fine and performs fine however upon hard acceleration the car seems to wobble. I feel it coming from the passenger side. I have checked all of my ball joints and suspension components and they check out to be fine. I did not have this problem beforehand however it just started after the new transmission was installed.
Today I jacked the car up to check the rotation and I found that at around the 12 o'clock to 3 o'clock there is a lot of hesitation on the passenger side. Its super hard to rotate at those points. Upon hitting 12-3 the engine/transmission moves forward. Once it passes 12-3 the car spins fine.
I have never encountered a problem like this. I am however thinking it could be a bad axle? Please give me your input.

When it was rotating, did you have the wheel bolted on? If not did you have the lug nuts securing the rotor?
Have you tried turning it with the caliper removed?
Have you tried turning it with the axle removed?
Is the stub axle nut properly torqued to spec?
