99 Civic Accessory Socket Fuse - 10a to 15a?
After blowing the 10 amp fuse for the accessory socket with a new accessory charger I bought, I discovered that the accessory charger wants 15 amps. Hence the blown fuse.
The manual tells me to use a 10 amp fuse for the accessory socket in my 99 Civic. I'm wondering if it will be OK to use a 15 amp fuse so I can use the accessory charger I bought, or if I absolutely need to stick to the 10 amp recommendation and return my accessory charger!
Any advice would be welcomed and appreciated.

That number is not a suggestion. That line is rated 10amp for a reason. Use a larger fuse if you want to risk melting the wires and catching your car on fire.
