I recently installed a 15" Alpine Type R subwoofer with a 1600 watt Pioneer amplifier in my 2002 Honda Accord, and had tail,dash,and 1 head light go out. I got new bulbs for my headlight and taillight, now the headlights work, but the taillights nor dash lights work. I have checked all 3 fuse boxes, and nothing is wrong with them. Could it be a wiring issue from the subwoofer? Any help appreciated, thanks!

 

Sounds like you blew the multiplex unit. There are some "by-pass" methods floating around.
