Okay so I'm still new to this car stuff, but Im trying to learn as I go. I recently noticed a Popping noise between my 1st and 2nd gear shifts...I have a 2006 accord sedan with the v6 5AT... and it only does this popping noise while under heavy acceleration "4500+ rpm" AND while its cold...after ive driven for like 10-15 min the noise goes away

 

unburnt fuel... don't overwork your engine until its up to temperature please.

 

that would also explain why when its colder outside it would do it more...I live in south florida not used to having cold weather like we have been having. also not used to having this strong of an engine. my last vehicle was a 2002 ranger with the 2.3L lol
