...this is kind of a jumbled discription of the situation.

1) motor blew up
2) looked for replacement
2) decided to do auto to manual swap
3) baught a junkyard engine and manual trans with cut harness
4) started researching auto to manual swap

if you reuse the harness from your blown engine, forgo the conversion and just swap the flex plate in place of the flywheel (must use flex plate bolts in place of flywheel bolts- length is different) you will have a running car again.

or go buy a manual harness... they are only $15-$20 at most pull-it-yourself yards. also all the other items you need for the conversion... pedals, shifter, ECU, trans. mounts, clutch master, clutch hyd. lines, ect.

there may be some additional wiring or rewiring involved. I recommend that if you are serious about doing this conversion prove it by picking up a factory service manual. sometimes you can save some cash getting it used on eBay. but it's well worth the full retail price. it will answer all of your questions reguarding the conversion.

Ok well none of the yards around here have a manual in them except the one I got the engine an trans outta. I already have the accelerator brake an clutch pedal mounted same with the master cylinder. An hydrologic clutch line I have the mounts but I found a guy parting out his manual car. So im pullin the whole engine an dash harness an fuse boxes. An I already have the shifter mounted so I should be good now if I need help with the dash harness for some reason ill keep this thread goin.

Your lack of spelling/punctuation is headache worthy. No one wants to waste 4 hours trying to decipher someones post. wtf
