NSX-R GT Interesting Info
Turns out that there was, in fact, an order sheet for the NSX-R GT and that one could only order one of the five copies by fax.

How to order
Currently all NSX orders are placed Via fax and handled through Honda CS Sales division. The SPECIAL LIMITED PRODUCTION NSX R GT (5 units) will be handled in the same way.
General public order time frame
2/22/05 9am to 3/22/05 19:00 pm
Producation start date
04M NSX R GT will start production in August.

I was so close to having one, but my fax machine was hooked up to my 33.6k modem. Right when I hit send, my mom picked up the phone and cut off my connection. Turned out when I tried again, someone with a 56k modem and a separate internet line for internet beat me to it.
