my heats stays on when I cut my car off and it will stay on until I unplug my battery.....everything else goes off

 

sounds like possible relay stuck in the closed position u can pull fuses one at a time until it turns off to find the circuit that is causing the issue as a temporary help until u can find the relay or isssue so u can drive the car atleast

 

And knowing exactly what year the car is would be a great help/
