Icon6 Rear Window Fuse but no Rear Windows

Hey everyone, this is my first post so please bear with me. I've been a lurker for almost a year now so thought I'd join.

Okay, so I have a 1995 Accord Ex Coupe 5SPD (all available options i guess). There are fuses under the hood in the main fuse box for Rear Windows, one for the right rear window relay and one for the left rear window relay. (Pretty sure they were # 6, 11). But the thing is the vehicle has no power rear windows or rear windows that can move. What is the fuse doing there?

Furthermore, I realized this when i was using add-a-fuse and needed to plug it into something that turned on only when the car was on as well. I plugged it into there and it worked exactly how I needed it to work.

Basically my question is: Are the fuses supposed to be there? And are they really for the rear windows when I don't even have movable rear windows? Will it affect any of the other electrical things in the car?
Also, the fuses were rated at 20AMPS but I have two 10 AMP fuses plugged into the add-a-fuse; will that make a difference?

Thanks in advance
