Default Car amp ground?

I have a 1994 honda accord lx. I have been trying to find a place to ground my cars amp, and everywhere I look people say to put it somewhere and then others say don't, like the seatbelt anchor, or the brake light housing, and even the bottom of the trunk due to the gas tank being there. I would like to know where I can ground my amp. It will be located on my sub box in the trunk. Can I do it to the metal that is parallel with the back seat?

Let me try to explain this as I dont know how to post pics. In my 95, i too have my amp in the trunk. If you drop the backseat down so you can see thru to the trunk you will notice pieces of the seat on the right and left that dont fold down. If you unhook the right drivers side you will notice a big bolt towards the top. take the bolt off, sand down the paint and use that. Thats where mines at.
Hope that made sense

The side parts of the backseat? Isnt the bolt on the bottom? The bolt that holds the side panels down right? Sorry about the continuous questions

And to post pics, you can make an imageshack.com profile, and upload a photo of it. Or you can email me one

Mines located up at the top. Honestly, dont recall what its connected too. Just know its a good ground.
Im only running 2 Fosgate P3 12's with 1800w Kenwood with a 4gauge wire so it works good for me.
Im about to purchase a 3000w and rerun all 0(zero) gauge welders wire so I may find a different spot

Okay. Well thatnk you. It should be fine. Can the wire go behind the seat to thebinside of the cabin ? Or will the seat pinch the wire?
