Default RSX clutch issues?

Recently my car would start but won't move. I put the car in first and it either won't accelerate or move very slowly. I can smell something burning like clutch. When I let go of the clutch pedal on any gear the car won't stall it stays on. I took off the transmission and hopefully you guys can tell me if the clutch was still good or if it's something else.

That clutch is toast. The flywheel got heated up badly too from the clutch slipping. You can either get it resurfaced or replace it.

Given the severe overheating, I would replace the flywheel and the clutch assembly.

Since overheating changes the structure of the steel, it could probably be machined out, however the grain of the metal would not be the same, and would probably induce further distortions in the flywheel once exposed to heat again.

Awesome thanks for the quick responses. I bought a new clutch and flywheel to avoid the delay getting the flywheel resurfaced.
