So my driver's side brake pad indicator started squealing at me yesterday and I decided to change them. I noticed the pads on the passenger side are not as worn as the driver side.

Hmm no, I didn't even know that was necessary. Probably a good place to start, thanks!

 

as recommended above, check your calipers to ensure the sliders are working free and bleed your brake system. There might be airpockets on one side.

 

check the slide pins.

Clean them and grease well. They have been known to cause this issue if sticking..
