Icon3 2002 accord LX wiring issues

I have a 2002 Honda accord LX, the right turn signal started blinking fast so I changed both front and back bulbs. this did not take care of the issue. I also cleaned the ground wire and made sure it was not the flasher relay that went out. after I was done cleaning the ground wire and messing with the front turn signal bulb all the turn signals went out. ended up being a blown fuse from inside the control panel. after replacing the fuse I was back to where I started, the right back turn signal blinking fast and the right front not working at all. sometimes the turn signals will work just fine then they decide to have behavioral issues. anyway im pretty sure there is a bad wire somewhere on the front right side, im not very good with cars so I was wondering ways to pin point the bad wire? estimated cost? anything will be helpful. thanks

Did you check the light socket itself? If it is corroded or the tangs have spread apart, it may give an intermittent connection.
