Default ej6 hatch wheel fitment!!!

Ok so I just got a 96 ej6 hatchback and I was wondering how wide I could go and with what offset without any major stretching and more importantly no rubbing. Right now its sitting on 15x7 et42 or et40. I was thinking keeping 15s or going on to 16s. Its at stock height for now but ima slap some form and function type 1 coilovers within a week or two. I want to have a 2 finger gap maybe 2.5. Thanks in advance

What are your plans with the car? Improved visuals or improved drivability? Because they lend themselves to entirely different responses. Also, are you planning on rolling/pulling the quarter panels/fenders?

I dont wanna roll or pull anything. I am just going to lower the car but im not planning on camber or poke or any stance imaging. I just want to see what wheel width will fit .

On a 7" wide wheel, you could run a +32 without any problems what so ever. You could go as low as +25, depending on tire choice.
