Uhhhh, They don't make these anymore, and haven't for many years. So I'm not sure where a new would pop up for sale, much les for that cheap.
The jdm itr 4.7 FD kits sell for $525
All of the mfactory FD kits sell for $600
I think $400 is a fair price based on those comparative setups.
