91 Civic Dx harness splice help
I picked up a 91 Civic dx auto complete chassis harness for $10 bucks. Everything is still complete. Just 2 splices where I think one of them belongs to the brake sensor plug. Not sure about the other wire. I will be throwing this into my 88 civic dx manual project. I just need to figure out how to wire up the clutch sensor plug and the brake sensor plug. Reason why I am replacing my my original harness is because when I first got the shell, the previous guy cut a lot of the plugs and wires he needed. Didn't want to rewire everything. Hopefully the pictures help. Thanks in advance!!!
can you take pics of the whole harness and put arrows where those cut wires are at? i don't believe the green/white wires are brake switch wires, and the auto harness wont have any provision for a clutch switch since it is auto.
here are some better pictures. now looking at it again, i think the brake wires might be the other plug still attached. just no clue what those 3 wires are and the 1 wire is. if it's nothing, can I just tape it off? and for the clutch sensor on my pedal, how am I going to wire that up? I've read auto to manuals swap, but never see anyone mentioning what wires to what on the plug itself. appreciate the help!
