my accord recently stopped shifting into 1,3, or 5 gear.. any suggestions?

 

Taking a stab in the dark here.... Could be your synchros are worn out or your cables are out of adjustment/loose....

Did you just do the swap? Could be something came loose after the instal. or could be a bad trans that you bought. Can you give us any more background information? Like did it just start out of nowhere, is this a new car to you, is this a used 5pd that you swapped in recently?

A little bit of background info goes a long way!

 

sounds like you probably forgot to put in a cotter pin on the shifter cables and they popped off. retrace the cables and look for where they disconnected.
