Icon2 CD5 intermittent dying

So lately I have been having a problem with my accord dying at random times, and then not being able to restart for varying amounts of time. Since the problem is intermittent is is obviously electronic. I have replaced the Main relay and the problem is still happening. I am leaning towards other electrical components involving fuel delivery, or a ignition system problem. I was wondering if anybody has had this problem or has an idea of the problem.

When the car does not start, does the tachometer move when the starter cranks?
Have you checked for fuel flow?
Have you checked for spark?

I havent noticed anything with the Tach, but next time it dies i'll let you know. Fuel pressure is good, and currently checking the ICM with a testlight connected to the ground side of the coil, and connected to key on voltage so when it dies i can see if when i crank it the light stays off its the distributor because the ICM is located inside.
