Default gsr and ls info needed

ok im looking for some strange info for the integra ls and gsr transmissions im trying to see what transmission i have in my teg its had alot of work done to it.
at 3000 rpm what speed should i be at with ether transmission. also if i do have the gsr transmission would changing rim/tire size make a big difference if so what size do i need to go to. thank you everyone.
