Main injector is on top. It is supposed to always be running.
Auxiliary injector really doesn't come on very often. Only after something like 3500 RPM and if the engine is under load and actually requires the extra fuel.

I don't seen your tandem valve plate opening up in your video.
Maybe try holding it open (at the valve) and try revving it again.

So then is the tandem plate not working?
Take some extra vacuum tubing and hook it up on the tandem valve.
Suck on the other end o the vacuum tube and see if the plate moves.
Also, the vacuum should hold and not bleed off. The tube should want to stick to your tongue after you suck.

Pull a vacuum on the dash pot as I suggested in previous post.
There is a rubber diaphragm in the dash pot - it is is torn then it takes a lot more vacuum to actuate the valve.

You can also open up the control solenoid. They do gather debris and can clog.

Also, you can completely remove the tandem valve plate from the shaft.
I would suggest you take the throttle body off completely before doing this - you just have to take the two little screw out and the plate slips right off.
The engine will still run well. The plate just acts like a choke to improve economy a bit.

i've solved my problem.. a few bad wires will do that... whats funny is i took them off put them back on and problem solved.. still need new wires though.. cylinder 3 doesn't idle rough when i pull the plug wire, trying to solve that problem.. also have an idle issue.. i turned my idle screw down, but when i hold in the clutch when coming to a stop the car jumps up in idle so bad i have to shut it down at the red light.. thinking my iacv needs checked out may have a bubble in the coolant or something, possibly another iat sensor? this one would be hard for me to film seeing how i dont have a tac.. i'll post what i figure out.. really need your input..

Check your engine timing. Was the distributor replaced? I have seen a few EF distributors that did not have properly clocked sensors, resulting in the same issue.

yea my engine timing is on, electrical timing is on.. problem i'm having right now, is when i adjusted my idle screw it doesn't seem to change very much.. so i think the computer is fluctuating everything when i turn it.. its kind of bothering me because i turn the idle screw all the way in and it pulses, all the way out and it pulses to the point where its about to die.. i've filled my coolant up, but didn't really notice many bubbles coming out.. is there an easy way to get coolant into the iacv? whats weird about the car is it runs great when in gear.. the second you push the clutch it wants to jump up in idle probably about 5-700 rpm.. which freaked me out.. i keep resetting my ecu by taking off the battery ground and moving the idle screw in or out to try and fix my idle issue.. its really figidity.. im taking it for a test drive in a few to check things out.. if its not fixed im taking off the iacv and cleaning it, then if its not fixed im probably going to find a way to get the throttle position sensor out and adjust it.. its weird if i tap both of those it will drop in idle.. im pretty sure both parts are bad or malfuctioning but im not getting a cel code for either unless i unplug them.. and the tps how easy can it go bad? i mean it doesn't move how bad could it really be off?? i'm trying to figure out how to get the throttle response spot on so its got a snap.. but when i push the gas it doesn't seem to come down in idle very fast like it should so it seems like theres a load on it somehow..
