Well in the frozen north i turned on windshield wipers before they were fully unstuck from ice. now the wiper motor can be heard running but the wipers are fully disconnected from the motor and dont move, they do move if I pull them. Any ideas? I get the idea maybe i could just reconnect but if i need a new part I am likely to take it somewhere.
