so my heater motor doesnt work

ive replace the common resistor thinking that was the problem, not the case. I whipped out my multi meter and test for 12v at the 2pin connection and i get nothing on the blue/white wire. I hooked the motor directly to the battery and it runs. i checked for 12V at the relay in the fuse box, i get a reading in pin 1 and pin 4 pin 2 and 3 are 0. just seeing what other steps to take. cause i just dont want to be wasting money throwing new parts at my car.

thank you for gettiing back with me. when i jump the relay between constant and switched it runs like it suppose to. im check ing the ground to make sure i have a good ground there
