Default Civic suddenly doesn't want to start

I have a 98' civic ex coupe with d15b swap. Today I drove it to work just fine. When I finished working I tried to start my car and it wont start. It turns over just fine but wont actually start. It cant be the battery or alternator because if it was it wouldn't turn over and I already tried jump starting it. This leads me to believe that its my starter. There is also a slight chance it could be my kill switch because its connected to the fuel injector. If it shorted out it could be whats causing the problem. So what do you guys think? Anything else that could be causing this?

Not yet but I will. Thats a good idea. The Honda and Acura relays do go bad often.

Are you saying the starter won't crank the engine?

No-start basics - listen for the fuel pump priming and check for bright white spark at the plugs.

Well me and my friend finally fixed it. It turns out no one was right. My intake was sucking up more air than my engine can use so all we did was adjust how much air can go in.
