not flaming or thread jacking but:
it looks like a jdm itr cluster and the speedometer gauge was being replace by a usdm gsr speedometer gauge and yellow needle was being interchange. usdm itr speedometer gauge is way bolder font than the one you have.
and usdm itr cluster have red needles and they can be interchange with the jdm/ukdm yellow needles
