Where can I buy a new rear bumper cover 90-91 civic 3 door hatch?

I can find front bumper covers everywhere but no rear bumper covers. It's a 1991 si. My cover is sagging so I want to replace it.

 

a sagging rear bumper "usually" has NOTHING to do with the cover, and everything to do with the rust, and the rusted bracket on the beam.
just saying.

first step, remove your cover, then report the rust damage, or bent brackets. If your cover is not torn dented or missing, it is not the cover that is the problem

 

Thanks for that info. I haven't picked the car up yet. Supposed to drive down this week.. He said it has zero rust but now I'm a bit worried...
