First time Post, Not sure if I should start a build thread, let me know
Hello H-T,
I am Joe and this is my CB7 coupe. I have owned it for nearly 7 years now. no formal training just a lot of reading and doing, it has gone through 3 major turbo builds, and two paint jobs. each getting more legitimate until now which will be its final rendition, pulling ideas and parts from, drag racing, rally cars, hill climbing and GT racing to hopefully build a solid package for AutoX and time attack racing.
I have built everything by hand, and welded everything that is metal. however I am limited to <1/4 thickness and mild steel so and thing thats not that gets sent out after it is mocked up.
that being said here is my build list and some photos to get people up to speed.
Build idea and conception
a twin charged, low/ no lag 500-600 hp set up
utilizing my college background in aerodynamic work to build a solid FWD grip package on a stable platform.
f22a1 block with a h22a4 head, currently running stock compression with +.5 compression valves.
requests for how to's, ideas, parts, and anything else is welcome.
I have been hesitant to post anything, incase I was flamed for my semi non traditional build.
