felt this was a stupid question that i wasnt even gonna check on, then a did notice that the bumper covers do have different part numbers! so what is the differance between a 1998 ITR front bumper cover and a 1998 LS/GSR/whatever cover?!?! i did search but all i found was that they are same. but i know the numbers are different for a fact.

i called to get my price on a replacement cover for my Integra and he was saying that there is a different part number, and asked which i wanted, but i dont even know? i DO have an OEM ITR front lip i will be mounting up, but i know those mount to other models just fine, and even aftermarket replacement covers. only other thing i can think of is the emblem?? but i have seen many of them on lesser models also (i will be using stock)...

so whats the deal? anyone actually know??

emblem really I have a 01 ITR front bumper in front of me and an old beat up 99 ls one I see no diff either.

Is it purely a bumper cover? Or a cover assembly with emblems? The only difference I can think of is maybe ITR units have pre drilled holes for the lip, or have brackets for the lip if it comes as an assembly, or the emblem mounting holes are different. ITR emblems are solid, while the normal models have just the "A" and circle solid.

 

pretty sure theres no difference, i mounted an oem its lip to my gsr without needing to drill new holes. And i always figured the solid emblems mounted to the same two holes the regular acura A went into. I've never had them so i could be wrong.
