I got a 91 ef sedan and im jus looking for some ideas on what to do to it . I dont want to rice it out i just want it to look good and i really dont know where to start . Maybe a couple performance parts to make it fun and an exhaust system to make it sound good . Anyone know any good cheap brands for these parts ? Whats a good color for paint ? Whats some creative things i can do to it to make it stand out ?

Stay away from an exhaust. That just draws unnecessary attention from the police. Start with suspension (lowering) and wheels. Those 2 things will make the most impact from the start.
