Default pretty much new to honda and honda-tech

ive got a 1995 honda prelude with an h23a1 in it. i got it last february and i like it. its my first car and every dollar ive earned has gone into it haha. no i am not trying to rice it up though. i just want a clean, simple, and powerful prelude. i like the 4th gen prelude a lot. ive done pretty much all the work on it myself since ive owned it, to save money and gain the experience. im graduating high school in june and im going to be doing some automotive program after that. anyway, enough about me. so far, ive gotten a cat back system. cat delete. cold air intake with k&n filter. hid headlights. new sensen shocks and struts. a megan racing strut bar in the front. (i have the rear one but the brackets done line up properly. i also have a tie bar but im not sure how to install it). and i have some decent looking drag wheels on. i had 1.75" lowering springs installed when the sensen shocks got put on, but the drop wasn't low enough for me after a few months. i cheaped out and got those ebay coilover sleeves and installed the rears myself. taking the strut assembly out was a pain. but now with the sleeves on the rear the ride is REALLY bouncy. i had it to <1 finger gap and it looked really good but rode so terribly. Since the front sits higher, i still need to get the sleeves on that end. i tried to remove the front passenger side strut, but i couldn't get the bolt at the bottom of the fork loose. i use a 17 mm socket and a 17 mm wrench. i feel like i might break the bolt. i gave up and decided i would take it to a shop to have them professionally remove and install the struts after the sleeves got put on. after putting together the parts i removed, the front right wheel makes a noise every time it completes a rotation while i drive around. it happens at any given speed, but is most noticeable when i slow down. the axle on this side was just replaced 2 months ago. could it be the bearing or something? it really didn't make the noise until i attempted to remove the strut assembly. it sucks... i know i posted in a place to introduce myself, however i'm new and need to learn how posting works and things like that. i've looked through the threads numerous times for everything i've done so far. they're really helpful. hopefully i can get as much personal help when i have a problem or something.
heres a picture of my prelude:
