Default 2005 crv rear suspension upgrade

Just bought a 2005 crv not too long ago and im planning on upgrading the rear suspension. I will be carrying 4 downhill mountain bike plus people and gear in the back while driving on logging roads. I will need something stiffer that won't sag as much as the stock suspension. Any input is appreciated. Thanks

Their are lift springs for the rear only. That are supposlly stiffer then stock.

I have standard OEM shocks on my CRV and this is the most uncomfortable ride. This occurs between 55 to 60 MPH. Tire balance is ok. I purchased the vehicle from my sister and the CRV has 46k original tires. Could this be old rubber since the vehicle is ten years old.
