with just sleeves and 20+psi and a 125shot? <correct if wrong> i think thats full of crap. He did say everything was stock and he just did the sleeves and the setup, if he didnt change axles hes full of crap. If he isnt then damn.
ya thats been done along time ago. Andrew Yang's CRX and also JAmes West's CRX were using D16's pushing 10 sec time slips back in 98'. Andrew Retired the car back in 1999/2000 and is now for sale. you can see it at JDMHondaparts Autoland section. it was pushing 30lbs of boost with a high compression bottom end(10:1 -11:1, i believe) ya its crazy but that was the style back then for a little while.
JAmes West I think still races once in a whle. that was also pushing10/11 sec slips.
There were numerous d16's that were in the 11's too about 3-4 yrs ago and were daily driven. an impressive one was a so cal 4 dr ef civic D16a6 motor, 11.5's

Doesn't seem too far fetched to me. Very high boost on a built motor and throw a 125 shot on it. Those numbers are definitely possible.
The motor is built to handle that much horsepower and I am sure it is producing that much.
