95 Del Sol: Climate Control lights stay lit?
On my newly acquired 95 Del Sol Si, the climate control buttons stay lit even with the key off. The previous owner removed the AC, and I did some searching on here and it seems like it might be related to the "AC Relay" being bad.
I was wondering if anyone had any input on this and might know where this particular relay is located since I can't seem to find a solid answer.
Thanks.

Check for the relay at the driver's side front, mounted to the radiator core support (Front left under the hood). There should be 2 relays there in each with a rubber cover. Just unplug and see if that fixes it.
The parking lights or tail lights don't stay on, only the little buttons under the the climate control light up when pressed even tho the keys not in it.
Remove the heater control panel. Any cut and spliced wires in the connector, especially the Blk/Yel wire?
If not, then test the ignition switch. There's a diagram in the FAQs sticky.

UPDATE: Removing the AC relay has in fact fixed the issue...I checked to make sure the blowers and fans still work and everything seems to be working fine. Is there any negatives to removing these relays seeing as the entire AC system is MIA???

Removal of the A/C relays should NOT prevent any climate control buttons from turning on.

Again, removal of the A/C relays should NOT affect power to either the mode control buttons or the A/C button. Therefore, you're not fixing the underlying problem by removing the A/C relays.
Where are the A/C relays you're talking about located?

If you are not interested in A/C, you can remove the entire A/C wire harness.
There must be something modified or damaged in the A/C wire harness that supplies power to the fuse 13 circuit independently of the ignition switch.

Yeah I agree, Im not sure what he cut out of the system, there was a short somewhere that was causing it. I think I am gonna rip out the whole harness, since I don't feel like sourcing the rest of the AC system to get it work. Thanks for the diagram and all the help guys...definitely greatly appreciated.
