on a 99 civic si with stock cams the car went from a 16.1@88 to a 14.68@96.just with the head and valvetrain.
i dunno if i would buy from someone who says stuff like this.

werd. looks like a good deal. The headwork alone would've cost $925, then add in the ITR valvetrain...
