I'm working on a 1999 Accord LX V6.. Dash & tail lights went out.. kept popping fuses!! Pulled passenger side fuse panel.. Had some burnt wires.. someone had 'jumpered' some stuff.. BTW I disconnected ALL the parking lights..Tried Checking combination switch. But can Not find any Good wire diagrams.. I've read of dozens of locations for the main relay. Some references to taillight relay. NOW I can turn the key off and the engine is STILL running !! not ign. switch, because I unplugged BOTH connectors to switch.. Unhook battery !! 30 + years auto experience.. I feel like I'm missing something basic.. BUT DIIK !!

Give me a Decent Diagram, a Parts Location ! Then I can probably figure it out !
